## Warranty & After-Sales

**Warranty period**: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the standard warranty is 2 years.

**What is covered**: Manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.

**What is not covered**: Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair/modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

**How to request service**:

  • Provide your order number
  • Describe the issue and when it occurs
  • Share photos/videos if possible

**Resolution options**: Depending on the issue, we may offer troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, or replacement.
